My Fiber Journey!
My passion is working with wool fibers; felting, dyeing & spinning. My love of crafting began as a young child when my aunt taught me to knit, crochet, sew & embroider. I always had a project in my hands.
In later years I learned to felt; both wet felting and needle felting. This is my calling! There is something very satisfying about feeling the fiber in my hands. I am always excited to see where it takes me. I love mixing fibers and mediums to see what happens. I am constantly learning and experimenting.
My favorite felting is needle felting making 2-D art pictures; mostly landscapes. I am inspired by nature. I love to dye my felted backgrounds and then add details with the felting needle and machine or hand stitching.
